Here's the prologue.

♥Prologue♥

“I.. I think I like him.. Pero he doesn’t like me, Serena. What should I do?”

Another consulting from a girl from our University. Well, dito ako sikat. Being some kind of love guru. Ewan ko ba, maybe because they think I have experiences in love and all.. But they are certainly wrong.

I never had a boyfriend, and never will unless it is the guy called T. Yep, Tristan. You’ll know him one day, but I do not let you to FALL for him. He’s mine.. If you understood that, then we’ll be good friends.

Cathy poked me.

Oh right, Cathy is a close friend of mine. Yep, she’s one of my group. Actually, marami akong friends, but only her and and her is the one I REALLY trust.

“Who’s the guy?”
“He’s Lawrence.”

Napangiwi ako.

“Hay nako girl, Lawrence? Come on. Pangalan pa lang e. He doesn’t deserve you. Find someone else.” I said.
“But Lawrence is a really perfect guy. I met him sa USA. He’s too good to be true and he is the one I really like. Please Serena, teach me ways. If I’m only you, sigurado he’ll like me back.”
“Aww.” I said.

I twirled my hair with my finger.

“That’s too bad. Nanggaling na rin sayo, you’re not me.. And do not compare me to you. You should make him like you in your own way, and to tell you.. I do not use ways to make a guy like me. I’m just being me. That’s the only way I can tell you. Be yourself.” I told her and showed her my smile.

“Well, thanks Serena.”
“You’re welcome.” I told her.

Nagstay muna kami ni Cathy sa may cafeteria.

“I don’t know kung mabait ka ba o hindi sa statements mo.” Cathy told me sabay tawa.
“Cathy, I only told her what I think. Besides, yun naman ang totoo. I don’t flirt, but I like boys. Well, only boy-watching and all.”

After hearing only a piece of small talk, I’ll give you my intro.

I’m Serena Velarde, yep. I’m a third year college student in business management, and I’m the prettiest girl in school at ang tatakbo bilang cum laude sa fourth year.. I don’t boast ha, nagsasabi lang ako ng katotohanan.

My family owns a company which publishes magazine. Well, my family is my only father so we most probably get the all the money. My mom died when she delivered me, but don’t pity me. Alam ko na masaya ang Mommy ko para samin ng Dad ko.

I’m spoiled. I love to shop and shop and shop. I love to boy-watch, but there will only be one person for me.

Tristan. Tristan Cruz.

The Cruz’s Family is a close family friend. VERY close. I grew up with Tristan and I’m certain that he knows everything about me. Kaya nga siya ang gusto ko. Their family owns a lot of resorts around the Philippines.

I’m not sure if he likes me.. That’s what I feel. But I’m willing to do everything for him.

EVERYTHING.

But what if someone arrived and changed my world?

NAAAAH. Too impossible.
