hello there guys, im here again to share a tutorial and its using photo
shop actions on photoshop [ any kind of photoshop but I use cs3 ]
here my tutorial goes :

1.) download photoshop actions you want to try in any sites [ there are lots
of photoshop actions in deviantart so i recommend if you choose there ]
i use this katy perry action by peacerevolution i simply like the colors hehe
download it by clicking this .. save it on any of ur files..

2.) open photoshop, then open the file you saved the action then click the ac
tion youve downloaded.. open also the pic you want to use i choose a kim bum
pic



3.) then click the thing that was highlighted in the screenshot below..



4.) after that do this..



then wait 3-5 seconds..

and tada.. its done..
