I am a member of it a year ago, though, I wasn't able to open it these few months
It is one of the nicest section Yahoo! has ever made

i use yahoo answers sometimes and the weirdest question i saw was:

Should i give the black neighbors some leftover dog food since our dog doesn't want it anymore?

I think that was removed immediately because it was racist.
