I love those graphics, honestly.
The animation is great, also the non-animated.

Hmm, I have a suggestion. Since you're putting scanlines, when putting them to a person (like, if you'll edit a person) make it white. Or, choose the color of the scanline similar to the person's skin. With that, the scanlines will only be visible on the BG part.

Make some more, and ohh, can I use one of them? Their really cute.
Don't worry, I won't take credit on them.
