Chapter 16 ARC ENDER

I finished the whole day of classes and went to mikko’s place and confronted him about the whole thing ? tita told me that he was on his room and told me that It was okay to go upstairs ,

*knock , *knock , *knock . . I can hear loud music from the inside . . . I can hear chris brown playing . .

*knock , *knock , again I knocked louder and then the door flew open  …

“ WHUT !?!?!? “ mikko opened the door .

And was topless .  tsk !!! , I looked away ofcourse

“ kC ! , ikaw pala w-what are you doing here ??? “

“ uhm before I answer that , could you please put on a shirt first ? “

“ uhm , my place,my rules “ he said flashing a deceptive smile - -

“ hindi ka nanaman pumasok ? do your mom know that - - ? “ okay I’m claiming victory ! haha

” uhm nope ? nasa studio lang ako buong araw , why ? “

“ TITAAA !!! - - - “ then mikko covers my mouth and pulls me inside of his room --- - aishhh ang lakas niya !!! cant even overpower him

I got pulled inside his room and carried me , placing me into his sofa - - and he sat across me In his computer chair , still wala paring shirt - - tsk !
“ whats your problem ?? coming here ?? “ mikko told me
“ you left afterlife ??? “
“ haha , so ? “
“ your never even bothered to tell me why ? alam na ba ni giro ? “
“ why should I tell you ? your not even my girlfriend or something , and nope hindi pa niya alam – I told the record company ! “
“ your so ! urghhhhhhhh - - masasaktan lang si giro !! dahil sayo !!! napaka childish mo !!!! “

“ - - - trust me ! the band would be very better off without me ! and ano ba pakelam mo ? “ he replied
“ ako !? nag aalala lang kasi ako kay giro – alam mong wala na siyang parents ! then ikaw ! , your still bitter ! very bitter ! bestfriend mo siya ! how could you do that to him ! “
“  . . . .  “ then he laughs a bit
“ syempre tinatawanan mo lang ako =/ - - what a waste of time coming here - - - “
“ you don’t get it do you - - ? “ he asked
“ ha? “
“ umalis ako sa afterlife dahil ayaw ni giro na andon ako – gets ? “
“ huh? H-how could you say that - - “
“ how ??? hahaha – kc , you don’t know anything “ still aish nako sobrang ma pride - -
“ bukas mag uusap kayo – okay - - - ? and papasok ikaw sa school =P kundi ako mismo ang gigising sayo – “

“ uh since when did you became my boss ?: “
“ since I moved in this subdivision and I became really concerned with someone who lives next door to me “ okay . .  namula ako dun - -
“ - - r-really ? hmmm - - “
“ sometimes I’m just wondering kung tama ba talaga yung decision ko - - “
“ why not ? girls drool over him kc =P . . and you’re the one who caught his eye “ he said , I know that its painful for him to say that but he still pulled up a smile .
“ mahal ba niya talaga ako ? “

“ . . . yeah . “ his smile was suddenly broken –

” you think ? “

” unga aba “ he then became sarcastic and annoying –
“ anyway - - - since your annoying me again and your forcing me to hate you “
“ ikaw lang ang may ayaw saken =P nyenyenyenyenye “

It was one hell of a night , kinalkal ko nalang ang gamit niya sa kwarto nya , okay so super makalat , inayos ko na rin ( mga ilang months na rin akong hindi bumibista dito kaya siguro kumalat ) ang kalat ng pictures , so many papers - -

okay so naka tambay lang ako dun sa kwarto ni mikko buong gabi ( up to 9 PM ) because he had a complete set of HEROES , I watched a bunch of episodes that night . . . wait , this is weird – giro is not texting me… si mikko ayun hindi parin nag susuot ng tshirt- nakaka inis hihihi , then ako busy sa panonood ng heroes dun sa bed niya – while he was doing some stuff in his pc .

Mikko accompanied me home … at buti naman naisipan na niyang mag shirt . . because he would end up in the ER again and I’d have to take care of him nanaman daw , laki ng ulo niya . and exaggerated - - still wondering though that night , hindi nag text si giro ni isang beses eh naka line naman yun - - oh well

Christmas TIME

Okay  , giro and I agreed that he’d spend Christmas eve here at my place with mom ! my mom and mikko’s mom wanted to spend Christmas together sa place nila - - okay so giro and I agreed nalang ^^)v . so before today , I went shopping with kim to the mall and got everyone a present =P  , I gave eriko , katie and kim’s present since hindi naman kami mag kakasama sa Christmas – I was on very very tight budget so mejo hindi ganun kamahal ang regalo ko sakanila pareho

. . . okay so christmas eve - - there were lots of foods , pasta – etc – si giro parang bata – super addicted kasi sa pasta – and ang cute pa dun , siya yung nagluto nung tuna macaroni at nung carbonara ( oh my god the calories ! )
It was a wonderful evening . .
Then it was time to open the gifts , I got a gift from giro =P , a cool necklace – and then I gave giro a cute little stuffed toy dog , which we named , punchy
I gave mikko keychain for his brand new car keys =P . . . he was also smiley that time . . .
Then the whole family planned an all-night-videoke party ofcourse giro and everyone enjoyed the night – okay mikko is anti social again – and he flewwww away somewhere , I dunno ?
Well I want to enjoy the night haha . . . it ended giro going home – at 2 o clock

I did the same thing , I was really sleepy

So nagpunta ako sa kwarto ko - - and then I found something on my bed . ?
It was a box - - a music box - -
Opening the music box I heard it played canon ?

The next thing I’m looking forward to is intramurals , valentines day and January - - - mikko’s birthday ( okay not realy looking forward to it , and my wubs birthday !!!!! )

- - nothing much - - of a week either Christmas week is boring tumatambay lang ako sa studio or sa lake sometimes I would catch up mikko jogging pero nothing much as hi hello lang – we just nod at each other - - - he’s distant ulit – kung dati para akong virtual blog niya na bawat oras ay may text siya sakin tulad ng

“kagigicing ko lang kech ! “
“huhu  guts-TOMnaquch chin”

I got over it - - and naging manhid na ako sa mga text messages ni mikko sakin and minsan hindi ko pa nakikita yung buong message niya ineerase ko na kagad.ngayon
Ang simpleng text messages niya na “ goodnight chin chin  “ is weirdly saved in my inbox - - or sa special folder sa phone ko along with giro’s kilig text messages sakin - -
Okay I’m a junkie , pero its really cool having a really really cool campus hottie as my neighbor ( yes I’m now officially labeling mikko as a heartthrob *scratch that I used hottie nga pala LOL )
And yung paminsan minsan na nakakalig na moments namin ni mikko . . .
I can honestly say that I miss that - - - -
si giro lagi ring nag tetext sakin - - pero nosebleed lagi ang text messages niya and most of the time . . .tsk - - and ako nagiging apathetic na rin ako sa feelings ko kay giro - - okay that’s not good for our relationship – pero he’s too perfect and sometimes I feel something is not right . . ?

I’m thinking too much  - - -
New Year - - again giro spent it with us , and super daming fireworks nun sa street naming - - si giro ay sa bahay na pinatulog ni mommy at baka daw tamaan ng 5 star along the way ) hahaha .

Brand new year - - okay, giro came and picks me up from school daily habit na yon –
Si mikko hindi ko alam kung pano siya nag pupunta sa school all I know is dumidistansya siya sakin - - - and he is officially off the band ; hindi ko na binabangit kay giro yung issue

TUwing Practice time naming sa crew , mikko would just completely ignore me , wouldn’t even talk to me - - it was like I don’t even exist.

Its almost 4 months , na naging kami ni giro and yes I miss him - - . . I miss mikko . . . his smiles , his cheerful gestures . oo mataray siya pag minsan . he ignores me , and sometimes I can see him fliriting with other girls , siguro scape goat niya yun to get over what happened between the two of us . . pero its not enough to justify the fact why I always miss him. . . nag flash back yung time nung art workshop naming , the time he spent with me , nung andun kami sa duyan . .naka higa . . . and he’d just look at me straight in the eyes and smile . . . .

Pero iba na talaga ngayon - - kinalimutan ko na siya , kinalimutan na niya ako - - pero pag nagkikita kami . masakit isipin na parang walang nangyari .

Okay ? hehe . I dunno about that , pero . . need to talk about something . . hmmm – ano kaya yun – giro ayun nawawala nanaman – he just texted me  . with a simple “ I miss you babe – lookin forward to love you more “  . . .

I arrived at starbucks , I saw kim – sitting dun sa may couch . .

“ heyyy !! kc!! , I missed you girl ! - - galing ako sa bible study kanina . “

“ ako ayun – tamay sa studio … with eriko and the gang. Si mikko out of the picture – I dunno where he;s been “

“ yeah about that . . you need to know something “  aw she sounds serious . .  but before we continue things . I bought coffee muna - - then she said

“ kc . . . theres one thing you don’t know about giro . “

“ huh ? “

“ ayaw niyang tigilan si mikko and please talk to him before he does something again- - “

“ I dunno what your talking about kim ? “

“ a few weeks before the finals  . . nag away sila – “

“ WHAT !? “  I replied in total shock

“ yeah - - I found him sa nashville court - - lying on the ground .  . . “

“ HUH !? hindi ko alam to !?? kelan to !?

“ giro beated him - - and yung wounds niya nung accident nag manifest nanaman  . . pero he preferred to stay at home and natural healing nalang daw , because of the finals . “

“ oh my god !!!! - - kelan to , hindi ko talaga to alam -  “ . . .

“ and mikko told me na wag sabihin sayo - - pero it felt like it was the right thing to do . . sobra na si giro eh  - “

I just sat there in total shock . . I can’t believe giro would do such a thing . . . I cried in total guilt , and she just comforted me , - I never realized that giro would do that . . .
Whats done is done , I guess that’s why distansya siya sakin --- ako ang may kasalanan kung bakit ito nangyayari ngayon kay mikko - -

I immediately went home - - and went straight to mikko’s place . .

*knock *knock  - -

“ nako ineng , ay kaaalis lang ni mikko kaninang umaga - - - “

“ oh , okay po , pwedeng paiwan nalang po nito sa kwarto niya and pabigay po mamayang hapon “

“ nako eh , wala na si mikko eh - - nagpunta na sa London - - - “ . . . . . .

“ ah ganun po - - - okay po  “

“ ay siya nga pala - - ito nga pala , pinabibigay sayo ni mikko - - “ inabot sakin ni na-nanz ang isang envelope . . . .

“ uy – hehe thanks thanks po  “ . . . .

Hindi ko maintindihan ang nararamdaman ko – parang tumigil ang mundo ko , parang hindi ko na siya makikita ulit - *aishhhhh - - may pasok pa naman bukas . . . tapos may quiz pa ako sa calculus !!! . . tsk - - I went to my room . and - - opened the envelope . it contained a picture  …..


It was the first ever picture of the two of us. . yung first time ko sa XMS – yung time na andun kami ni mikko sa mall - - -

Then there was this cd . . . and it said “ PLAY me chin chin “

“ heyah chin chin - - I’m gonna miss you ! . . uhm – yeah short notice but - - I need to go away for a while , cant stand it here - - its just - - (his voice is getting a little shaky) its just - - things didn’t work out between the two of us and , its pretty obvious na you love him more right ? haha . you know what , we’ll see each other pa naman --- siguro yung last time na nakita is awkward - - pero always remember this , I’ll always love you , you’re the one who kept me sane for the past few months. . . . . . you’re the truest thing that’s ever happened to me , and I’m never gonna forget you - - remember this picture ? ( he holds the same picture - na andun sa envelope ) I’m gonna keep this , and I hope you do the same with the picture I gave you - - “

( MIKKO !!!!!!! hahaha - - pare ano ginagawa mo jan sa kwarto mo !??!? hahaha - - I heard eriko’s voice )

I scouted the whole airport grounds - - - to my horror – hindi ko siya Makita - - gash !! ang lawak naman kasi . ..
I called his cellphone – pero it was dead  .  .

Tsk !! *kc focus , *focus kc . . . hmmm - -

Tsk still hindi ko parin siya Makita --- hinagilap ko si manong guard - - and I showed him mikko’s picture  … tsk . malas hindi daw niya nakita - - tsk wala parin . .
. . I was uber pagod na pagod na . i was worried , and my feeling was super kinakabahan - -

My heart was thumping really really fast - - -
I got several text messages from giro , blah !! screw him !!!! - - he’s looking for me . . pero I ignored it  .. ..

I went to the Girls Room to freshen up  = = thinking and wondering . kung asan kaya siya – I don’t know what to do . .


I went out when suddenly . ..

Someone hit me . . and dahil mejo fragile ako - - I fell down . tsk !!

“WATCH IT !!! TSK !! “ I replied in total inis

He just hugged me - - and . . suddenly ang galit ko kanina . .

I can hear people around us  .  cheer or something  - - they were all clapping . . and . .

“ that can wait . . maya pang 2 hours yun - - “

So he held my hand - - and we went dun sa may hall na kami lang ang tao - - - he pushed me against the wall , pero not that strong , he just pushed me and blocked the way with his arms – and looked at me straight in the eyes

-    all the pain , all the misery , nawala nalang . . ang galing , parang feeling ko ang saya saya ng buhay ko or something – it was really really . . . . . nice 

so after the tiff . . that we had . . . hindiniya mabitawan yung kamay ko - - and ako , ganun din . .we wandered the grounds nung airport ( I know , weird place to be sweet and all )

umupo nalang kami dun sa hintayan ng airport
“ I want to go with you =P “ I jokingly said
“ sige , paalam ka muna sa boyfriend mo “
“ huh – si giro ,. Masama naman ugali nun - - I’m gonna break up with him “

“ being with you is not nice , if I’m still having a relationship with him eh “
“  . . . “ hindi siya naka imik – tumingin lang sa malayo at tumawa
“ actually tatawagan ko na siya . . “ I’m so serious about this . . that I held my phone and wanted to call him . . I couldn’t take this anymore . . pero wait , doesn’t mean that if I break up with giro . magiging kami na ni mikko or anything – ayoko ng may guilt na feeling so - - - - I think its wise to break up with a person that I don’t love fully –

“ hala – kc naman - - - - do you seriously want to come with me ? “ he sarcastically remarked  na parang may plano yata siya ah
“ yep “ I replied and showed my cuti cute cute face
“ sige - - - I’ll help you fix your papers ngayon – I’ll cancel my flight pero . . si giro . .. ? “
“ . . .  he went fo far , , on what he did to you - - and I’m not gonna forgive that “
“ lam mo – your just driven by anger - - malay mo . temporary lang yang nararamdaman mo “
“ hmpf !! ewan ko sayo - - “
“ hala galit na siya . . . hahaha “
The whole night . nagkukulitan lang kaming dalawa . .  dun sa airport - -
Then apparently he cancelled his flight . . again for the 2nd time and agreed to help me with my papers .  . . and the plan is after this school year .. we’re gonna go to London together 

. . . after a week - -
Im getting suffocated with giro . . so we ended up breaking up - - it was not much of an issue sa school , because . . a few months in our relationship - - people in campus started to not like him because he saw me as a trophy , something to top off mikko - -

Afterlife broke off - - went separate ways . . there album ? .  . . it was shelved - - it was never released . . . it was sad for everyone , pero mp3’s were made available in itunes . . so in some points . . kumita parin si mikko at giro - -

Kami ni mikko -- ?
We remained super friends  .  . . closer than ever – every after streetdance club practice/training . . we’d go out, watch movies , or do homeworks together . . sometimes with Katie , kim or eriko - - without giro - - he never hung out with any of us after we broke off . . .

-    - -  so this is what 2009 has to offer ?  . . . it was a simple super campus heartthrob  meets cheesy girl next door . . goodbye 2008

Valentines Day

I woke up like every ordinary day - - it was a weekend . . Saturday ? . . .

Valentines day ? okay - - I dunno - - - its one weird holiday .

*cheers . . hindi ko pa alam plano ni mikko – pero I’m pretty sure that’s its gonna be fun . . .
