Giro's POV
one of my uncles texted me that i had to back to paris because one of my close relatives died = damn . . i want to take kc with me but , what about her scholarship . . ? . . she might lose it .
i approached my pal at his home , he was kinda off guard - i told him to drop the act . get it ?
i hate what he's doing to my girl , i can see it in his eyes that he's trying to guilt his way out of her misery , so yeah i did the patriotic thing of approaching him . . kc texted me , she sounded worried but ? - - did i do the right thing ?

my pal and my girl took me down to the airport . .
i pretended to be okay , because i'm gonna be out for a few weeks - - i needed to trust my pal to look after her ..

i saw my girl , waving goodbye
i hugged her so tight . it felt like
i trusted my pal to watch after her . .
did i do the right thing ?

Part 2

“ so , tomorrow ? . . can we still go out ? “

“ hmpf , bahala na . . .  “

“ owkie . . nighty . chin chin . “

He waved goodbye and then went inside his place - - so I went in my bed - - wondering , whats with him ? whats with mikko – mali ba ang ginawa ko ? na naging kami kagad ni giro ?  - - tsk . . . weird , nakatulog nalang akong bigla sa kama ko . . =/  - -

Then at exactly 80 in the morning biglang namulat ang mata ko - - hehehe – I was wondering kung ano gagawin ko for the day , sisiputin ko ba si mikko ? parang ayoko hehe . . mag mamall nalang akong mag isa . . hehe – since marami akong errands ngayon – I need to pay bills , buy groceries - - no time for gimiks – (swoosh)

So I hurried up and got myself ready and dashed sa labas ng subdivision namin – and then I got a cab to mall of asia - -

Once there , hinintay kong bumukas ang mall , hello ? 9 0 palang 30 minutes pa bago mag open ang mall hehe . . so I indulged myself sa seatles best to kill time - -

then suddenly I saw ate shiela ? my mentor in the artistic world . .

we chatted . and chatted she asked me about my boyfriend . . . I was . . not hesitant to blabber all abou giro . . . . then after a while niyaya ako sa isang art workshop , good for 4 days . . and I was like . . why not ? . . hehe , so I immediately accepted – - - art workshop ? eihhh  . . hehe - - it would pre occupy myself from the things that’s happening lately – I’m gonna bring my cellphone with me so giro can call - - 

Mikko’s POV

I really did hurt kc - - damn , what a fucktard I was – damn – siguro safe sabihin na nadala lang talaga ako ng selos ko – pero , hindi pa rin sapat na reason para saktan ko si kc - - damn , I’m a real screw over - -

I wanna fix everything with her - - I still love her , and I miss her , I thought I can handle the reality of not talking to her and ignoring her – pero hindi ko talaga kaya – damn , nung nasa library kami – I tried my best to ignore her – but damn , her charm . . . then suddenly she threw eminems at my face – surely I was really pissed and all but , I did the wrong thing . . .

DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNN . . the guilt - -

After my pal left the country - - I just thought , its my chance - - !. . . I thought I did the right thing , I tried to fix my relationship with her – when I saw her arm , I felt guilt again . . . damn . . .

Before she went inside – I asked her out . . she said . “bahala na “ with a smirk on her face - -

I pulled up a smile and went to my place  … grabbed my scrap book – and saw our wacky pictures – it was taken wayyyy back months ago . .

As always I’m looking forward for tomorrow -  . . .

It was pretty late and there I was watching movies on the web . . again –

it was almost 3 am , damn – I’m killing myself – haven’t jogged in a while - - needed to wake up early - - . ..

-  . crap its 9 o clock !!!! . . damn . . .
I hurried to the bathroom – took a bath - - and then got my keys and then rushed down to kc’s place . . . knocked on the door . . and I got .

Her mom ? . .

“ nako , mikko . eh lumabas si kc – nagmall daw ? “

“ whoa ? haha , sige po tita ! thanks po ! “ . . . aw . . she blew me off ? - - - - *bang … it hit me like a silver bullet - - oh well , its only natural that she blows me off - - so I hurried up to mall of asia - -

Damn , I was caught in a traffic jam . . . crap crap crap - -

. . finally

I arrived in the mall . . 10:15 - - so I hurried and looked around - - tsk , damn ang laki masyado ng moa para libutin ko . . . I asked myself . . “where would kc go ? hmmm “ . . tanga ko , naalala ko may cellphone nga pala akong dala . .

I called up kc through her phone . . . she answered . .

“ whut ? “

“ thank go- - san ka ngaun ? “ . .

“ pauwi , bakit ? “

“ . . . whoa ? wait mo nalang ako please ? “

“ huh - - andito ako ngayon sa bus stop sa moa “

“ wait mo ko please ? papunta nako jan - - “

I hurried outside . . . I ran like hell . . well I ran . . really really fast . .
Then I reached the bus stop . . . I was catching my breathe - - I saw kc with a bunch of girls . . I can hear them - - whispering stuff . . but whatever


” kc , . . . *catching my breathe - - s-san ka galing ?? . . “

“ uhmm samin ? bakit ? “

“ - - I thought we we’re g-“

“ I changed my mind sorry - - “ aw palaban to ah

We walked up to yellow cab - - and I sat dun sa chair , I was really really exhausted - - she sat across me  …

“ sa isang art workshop . I’m gonna be out for 4 days , why ? “

I looked at her straight in the eyes . . . and said . .

“ I just want to make up for the damages that I made with you kc . . “

KC’s POV

so , yeah . I agreed to take mikko with me sa workshop .  . . talagang nag pupumilit tong lalaking to ah . . so , I asked him kung pwede na dumaan muna kami sa bahay , to pick up clothes and things for the trip . . .

while walking , he acted like a total gentlemen , much to my surprise . .

“ uhmm , dalin ko na yang bag mo ? “

“ huh? “

“ wala wala  . . “

“ ahh , sige thanks ! “ . kunwari hindi ko nakinig , then inabot ko nalang bigla yung bags ko . . haha . . . . . lelang talaga ako . .


Arriving at our block , he packed up and so did I - -

I asked him na wagnang magdala ng car , para maka pag relax nalang along the way - - . .

So naki pag meet kaming 2 sa mga group mates ko - - since lahat sila taga XMS , kilala nila si mikko – - and since puro girls ang kasama ko , si mikko ay nag iisang lalaki - - hihihi - - I pinched him . . .

“ still want to go ? “ with a smirk on my face

“ . . its gonna be one hell of experience .  . haha “ so there , dumating na ang bus namin .  pag pasok sa bus , hindi ko alam kung saan kami uupo . . since si mikko na yata ang pinaka close ko na kasama  - - we sat nalang dun sa 2nd row , ako sa tabi ng bintana . . . ate shiela told me that It was gonna be a 5 hour travel . . mikko buti nalang may dalang ipod , ako wala . . so technically we shared - - si mikko ang kulit nung buong ride namin – since boring daw , kulbit ng kulbit sakin – wala namang sasabihin - - para siyang autistic . . ang kulit grabe . . so I borrowed his camera for a while and I played with it – took several shots of myself , then halfway through si mikko nakikisali na rin sa mga pictures - -

Then suddenly biglang lumiko yung bus . . . . then si mikko sobrang lakas ng trip , sinisiksik ako , ineexagerate yung pag liko nung bus . .

“ aihhhhhhhhhhh …mikkoooooooooooooo . . “  . . I said so loud , pinagtinginan kami nung mga girls sa likod ng bus . . . I bit his arms . . in revenge . .

“ hahaha . . . your cute when you pout your face - - =P “ he said . . .

“ ewan ko sayo  .. “ ..
Then he pinched me . .

“ uyyyy galit na siya . . “

“ blehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh . . . =P “  . . . .


It was almost 5 oclock in the afternoon . . 2 hours to go … okay so that was 3 hours kulitan , sa bus . . I was really getting tired so  - - so my head just automatically leaned against his shoulders - - it was really cold dun sa bus that time . . I was shaking . . napansin ni mikko na nangangatal ako sa sobrang lamig . . kahit yung aircon sa kanya ko na tinapat – he wrapped his arms around me , so sakanya nalang ako sumandal - - then he got a blanky from his bag and then we slept at the whole ride . . . .



Narinig ko nalang bigla ang boses ni mikko , whispering in my ear - -

“ hey chin chin , andito na tayo . . hehe “

“ huhterreawkfnakwlfnalfkn . . . . “

“ hmmm .  . . sige ka iwan kita dito sa bus madilim ang hihike natin  . . “

“ huheereirekrnerkenkrn ihknghhgjh . . . . “  …

After 10 minutes , I woke up . . . so yeah . . naiwan nga akong mag isa dun sa bus . . my bags were gone , I guess mikko took it with him . . . all I was left was my small bag with my cellphone with NO signal – I got out of the bus . . oh my god - - nasa gubat ba kami ? crap sobrang dilim , parang nasa isang shake rattle and roll yata ako  . . then full moon pa . . crap - - oh my god . . nakaka inis si mikko , iniwan ako . . sabi ni manong bus driver , sundan ko lang daw yung trail . . . kasi paalis na rin daw siya - -

Out of everything I followed the effin trail =/ shaking . . .

Oh my god , sobrang dilim talaga . ang ilaw ko lang is ung cellphone ko na paubos na ang battery !!!!! . . . halfway through  . . I can hear my cellphone crying , dalin ko na daw siya sa charger niya . . . sigaw ng cellphone ko ! . .

- - - *toot - - - battery empty . .

AIHHHHHHHHHH … I screamed . . so loud . . I can hear birds fly out from there nests . . sobrang nangangatal ako . . - -

Then I heard footsteps . . oh my god . . si jayson ba to ??? yung killer. . . . freddy kreuger !?!??!! . . . omg . . . then I can hear the sound of Friday the 13’ths theme ung whiserping na ewan . . . I was  really shaking - - before I knew it . . naiiyak nako sa takot . . . ayoko namang tumakbo feeling ko baka mahulog ako sa bangin or something - - *aishhhh . . .


Then . . . . suddenly   . .


It grabbed me . . .

“ huli ka . . . “ he whispered . . 

I screamed . .

“ wag pooooo . . . . . mikkooooooooooooooooooooooooo . . . !!!!! “ . . . sinigaw ko ang pangalan niya hoping for a miracle na si mikko ay biglang dumating at iligtas ako .


It replied . .

“ whut !? hahaha . . . “  what the !?

“ mmm-mikko ? “

“ scared ? haha . . “  . . wtf . . it was mikko !!

Niyakap niya ako . . .

And yes naiiyak ako sa inis sa kanya . . .

“ GHRHHHHHHH . . alam mo ba ang pakiramdam !!!!! . .. ! . . . tsk. . . ! . . “ hinampas ko balikat niya . 

“ tara na nga ! tsk . . ! “ . . I shouted . .

” sige ba kung alam mo ba kung saan eh ? GO ! . lead and I’ll follow !! . . “

Then suddenly I heard something . . this time impossible na si mikko nga yun - -


“OMG what was that . .. “

Nakakatakot naman sa lugar na to . . parang may mga engkanto na hindi ko alam kung ano mga balak samin . . ang higpit ng hawak ko sa braso ni mikko habang naglalakad . papunta dun sa pupuntahan namin . .

finally after 10 year . .
Naka rating din kami dun sa destination namin - -

Wow cool , puro coconut trees . . . then i saw all the group . . akala ko all girls ang trip . . may mga ibang guys naman pala din kahit papano , I saw eriko along with several other . . streetdance dudes and dudettes – hehe coolness - - pero napansin nila na haggard ang ichura ko at mejo weird ang eyes ko - -

Eriko “ si mikko eh - - hahaha . . lakas trip mo dude .  haha patay ka kay giro . . ! “

So ayun they all teased me . . .

Inorient kami nina ate shiela na Christian workshop daw itong pinasok namin - - parang retreat ang dating pero at the same time , may art worksop daw . . pagkatapos nung orientation . . pumunta na ako sa kwarto namin . . thanks to mikko andun lahat ng bags ko - - so ang ka room mate ko is - -

Mikko , eriko . . and kim ? .  kim is here. . wow . isa siya sa mga nag organize daw . . .

“ SIS !!!! . . . I heard giro left for paris . . “

“ yeah . . bakit hindi ka namin nakasabay sa bus ? “

“ last batch kayo nina mikko na nagpunta dito . . “

“ oh I see . . “

“ hmmm . . . I can smell something “

“ huh ? . . ano kim ? haha “

“ hmmm nevermind . . mahaba ang 4 days promise haha “


Oh k ? so ano ang ibig sabihin niya sa mahaba ang 4 days . . ? hmmm . . I got out of the room and went to the rooftop . . I saw mikko looking out the night sky - - I stood beside him . . . wala lang . . hehe . .

mikko said “ . . . they say girls are like sand ? hold ‘em too tight . . they might fade away . . so you gotta hold em not that tight … para hindi mawala . . , pero pano yun , gusto ko kasing yakapin ng mahigpit na mahigpit yung girl na yon , mawawala ba siya pag ginawa ko yun ?  - - “

“ . . . . I - - try mo , “ . . . . wala akong maisip na sagot . .

“ nahh . . baka magalit ang ang bestfriend ko - - “

GUYS !!!! DINNER TIME !!!!!!  . . . I heard kim shout  . ..

“ tara sa baba . . I told mikko . .” before he could finish whatever he was saying I immediately butted in - - ito nanaman yung usapan na magiging senti ulit kami . . . I try to avoid it –

Anyway so nagpunta na kami dun sa dining area . . we ate dinner and then finally went to sleep - -

I cant sleep - - all night dilat ang mga mata ko - - dahil malakas ang trip ko ngayon - -

Gaganti ako kay mikko – sa ginawa niya sakin dun sa gubat . .

I screamed so loud again . . nagising si kim at eriko – si mikko tulog tulogan yata – natangal ko yung 2 and 1 yung dash nahihirapan ako , kaya all morning – parang may mole ako sa forehead . . during breakfast mikko gave me that smirk on his face - -

“ strike two kc “  . .he said . .

I just rolled my eyes

During the first class - - we were asked to draw anything under the sun - -

. . . ayun . I never expected na ang daming artist sa xms  . . I was surprised – even mikko ? has talent in drawing - -

Later that evening – we were asked to form a circle - - parang open forum  - -

Ate shiela started – she talked about her ups and downs during the first semester - - her heartaches - - oh my god , crap . . patay nanaman ako . .

Nagkwento nalang ako ng buhay ko sa xms . . omg total silence

“ before I came to xavier - - nabungo ko tong isang lalaki habang nag jojogging - - he was friendly , I told him my name - - then coming to Xavier again I saw this guy - - since I was a total newbie here he accompanied me through out the school premises - - we became close friends - - then later that week , he hurted my feelings - - we got back on track but his bestfriend made his move – I was attracted ; he began to show signs of jealousy ; I’m honestly confused - - seeing him happy with someone else makes me . . . I dunno ? parang may kunting jerk dito sa dibdib ko   . . seeing him lonely makes me even more lonely - - yeah trust me its weird – pero , bakit ganon ? … - - - -“

Its pretty obvious na si mikko ang pinariringan ko - - before I could finish what I’m saying . . mikko butted in

“ maybe because you never gave the guy a chance to express his feelings ? you let his bestfriend charm his way in . . ? right ?”

“ so now your telling me its my fault ? - - “ parang kami nalang ang nag uusap - - then I replied with a serious tone na parang naiinis nako - -

“ no its just - - damn . . what will it take me to let you know how much I lo- - nvm  “  . . he said , everyone paused and looked at him . .  I just stood up and went outside -  umupo ako dun sa may swing na pwedeng higaan ? I dunno kung ano tawag dun . . ; naka tingin sa langit – naka tingin sa moon , pinagmamasdan ang stars - -

Eriko sat beside me - -

“ yo , mare - - haha . . talagang naguguluhan ka kay mikko at giro ? “

ano daw ? tsk epal naman si mikko – bago ko pang matapos ang sinasabi ni eriko , dumating bigla si mikko - - eriko stood up and then went somewhere . . tinabihan ako ni mikko - -

I said

“ whut ? “

“ bakit ba napaka bitter mo ?”

“ bitter ? ako ? nah uh ? “

“ whatever - - kc . . you really like my pal , don’t you ? “

“ - - - please wag na nating pag usapan yan ? “

“ yan kasi hirap sayo - - hindi mo ko pinapatapos mag salita eh - - “

“ gusto ko lang bago umuwi si giro dito - - maging maayos ang mga bagay between us ? - - alam kong impossible nang maging mas masaya pa – pero . . if you still need me , I’ll just be here ? okay ? “

I was speechless - -?  . . my head automatically leaned against his shoulders - - - -  then we ended up sleeping in the duyan - - - - 3rd day – we were pretty comfortable with each other - - nagkukulitan kami - - the good thing was , hindi kami ginagawan ng issue ng mga tao dito . . kim told me  na . buti naman at nag kakaayus kami kahit papano - -

During day 3 , we were taught so many techniques - - later that afternoon nag badminton kami .  . naglaban kami ni mikko - -

Nakaka inis si mikko kasi ayaw niyang galingan - - !!!! yung nagpapatalo talaga - - then he gives me that annoying look - - then nilabanan namin si eriko at kim . . doubles kami


Wow we made a great team - - we won – we were unbeatable - - ! hahahha - -

Nagpunta kami dun sa food area – nung hapon – ang daming pastries !!!! . . . since eat all you can - - nilubos lubos ko na . .

Merong marsh mallow torte . . etc . .
Dalawang slice yung kinuha ko - -

While eating since si mikko out daw muna sa pastries dahil he’s keeping track of his weight ( ang arte )  . . pinilit ko siya . . . sabi ko ako nalang ang magsusubo – sa kanya - - so sobrang nabusog kami and we even took wacky shots

nung puro chocolate ang bibig namin - - ang kulit !! . . . then yung ibang girls naka tingin samin . . I can hear them whispering . . . “diba si giro at kc ? “ .  hay nako mga chismosa talaga sila - - - during night time – tumambay nalang kami dun sa kwarto and played with his PSP . . naglaban kami ng tekken – mga adik kami -  -


then he again took a picture of us using his cellphone ( cam whore talaga ) - -



Ending the whole trip – the whole workshop – one last prayer - -

All was well - - we rode the bus here in MOA – we were exhausted – dumating kami gabi na rin . almost 21:00 ? - - si mikko nagyaya pang mag arcade . . aba at hinamon ang lola niyong mag laro ng air hockey ? . . nakaka inis kasi nagpapatalo lang naman eh . . .

Kumain pa kami sa Chinese bowl . . . hayy . . . sige super foodtrip kami . .

Then nagpunta siya sa washroom - - then suddenly I saw something  sa loob ng bag nya  - - shhh snoopy ako - - I saw a mail galing sa us embassy - -


. . . . . . . . ..  he’s leaving ?  for good ? - - parang biglang tumigil ang mundo ko . . . hindi ko alam kung kelan ang alis niya or whatever pero . . . he didn’t mention this to me- - -
We used his other car that he left in the mall - - para maka uwi . . 

Nag moodswing ako all through out hangang sa maka uwi - - naglakad ako mag isa papunta sa bahay - - mikko immediatlely noticed that something was wrong - - I just went out of his car he went outside . . naka iwan naka bukas yung radio at yung pinto . . he just followed me . .


He grabbed my arms - - -


” hey  .. ayos ka lang ? ? ? “

“ . .. y-yeah hehe , inaantok nako sige - - “

“ kc . . . ? whats up ? “

“ whats up ?! . . your leaving and you didn’t even tell me !!! . .

“ - - sorry . . its just - - I never planned to tell you that this early - - p-pero .”

“ pero ano ? bigla ka nalang mawawala na parang bula !? “ I said . . naiiyak nalang ako - - niyakap nalang niya ako dun sa garden - - my head was against his chest - - I gripping his shirt - - tugging it - - with my hands - - niyakap lang niya ako - -

sinamahan niya akong matulog dun sa kwarto ko - - he laid down beside me - - naka tingin kami pareho sa ceiling - - during that time lagi akong nag woworry baka pag gising ko – wala na siya nasa US na . . ayoko ng ganon . . ang sakit non . . si mikko maagang naka tulog . . . my head was with his arms - - - .

Natulog nalang din ako . ..


Then after a few hours . . nagising nalang ako bigla  . ? - - namulat nalang ako ??? sobrang worried ako - - una akong nagising . . I saw him sleeping - - beside me ? naka harap sakin ang muka niya - - he looks so vulnerable - - - - slowly his eyes began to open - -

I pouted my face - -

Then almost an hour kaming nagtitigan - - he was really cute that time . . he was pinching my nose - - telling me .
